I love to find any sort of recipe that I can utilize my sourdough starter (it’s name is Brad). I found this recipe from Eat the Love for sourdough soft pretzels and I just had to try it out for myself. This recipe does take about 2 days, because you need to make sure your starter is fed and active & you need the dough to rise for about 4 hours.
